It's a Breeze with BreezeLoans
Breezeloans, the new homeowner
loans product from the Funding Corporation Ltd has a great website
which really breaks down the complexity of online loan research.
Breezeloans
are pushing three main benefits, which are simple to understand,
and clearly advertised. These are no upfront fees, a lowest price
promise and annual cash rewards. They don't charge upfront fees
in order to reduce the headline APR. Breezeloans' 'lowest price
promise' is essentially an agreement to cancel your loan with
no charges if they can't match a better deal. They even say they'll
give you £50 for your efforts in finding one. The small print
on how you get it makes it unlikely that it'll come off but it's
a ballsy claim. The annual cash reward gives you £100 a year if
you pay in 12 monthly instalments by direct debit. This effectively
reduces your APR.
The sophisticated and innovative
calculator, allows you to easily change the loan amount, loan
term, credit risk score and level of insurance protection by using
sliders and the monthly payments are calculated in a breeze.
Breeze Loans are also offering free home assistance insurance
from AXA. This is the insurance, which allows you to call out
local tradesmen in emergency situations, and has become a real
boon in recent times. Probably becoming popular through the increase
of buy-to-let mortgages, home assist insurance has been a huge
benefit to homeowners and landlords alike.
Why Breeze Loans?
Besides being backed by The
Funding Corporation - the largest independent finance company
in the UK, there are a couple of reasons why choosing a homeowner
loan with BreezeLoans might not be a bad idea. They are certainly
committed to customer service. Call them up and find out. You'll
be speaking to a human being in no time and one that isn't based
abroad so will understand your situation partly by just chatting
to you. The other thing is that BreezeLoans are not scared of
finding out what you think and then publishing the results. Again,
that's pretty confident. Most loans companies use fictional customer
stories to advertise their products but BreezeLoans talk about
customer A and customer B and tell you its fictional. They're
new so they don't have many stories yet but the scenarios give
you a good idea.
What I really like is their BreezeLoans process page. They tell
you how long the phone call is likely to take, what questions
they're going to ask you about and that you'll need a credit check
after this point. They are trying to take the mystery out of getting
a loan, which for people who may or may not be in trouble can
be a relief. It's the same with Breezeloans' online form. 6 simple
tick boxes to prequalify you and then a 1 page form with a few
lines on why you should be filling it out. The whole way through
you can call someone for reassurance. The number, by the way,
is 0800 0271 730, go ahead give them a call.
